Barn at Gibbet Hill Wedding: Carrie & Steve
Planning Carrie & Steve’s Barn at Gibbet Hill wedding had us full of (local) love! From the moment we met Carrie & Steve, we knew they were one of the most thoughtful couples we had ever worked with. These two are such kind-hearted folk, always putting others needs before their own. This was not only inspiring, but a true testament to how the couple met each other in AmeriCorps! So, we were not surprised one bit when they mentioned one of their biggest wedding priorities (aside from creating a welcoming environment for guests) was to “shop small” – to support local businesses, artists, farmers and American-grown flowers for their wedding day. Because of their nature of giving back, we were thrilled to have their wedding featured on Style Me Pretty this year. Enjoy these stunning shots and the amazing vendor team at the end of this post! Our favorite part of their day: Carrie sang a song to Steve with her sisters! We had planned their wedding for over a year, and had no idea what an amazing voice she had!!!
